The product
Memiax is a private Space for two people. You create an account, invite one person with a one-time key, and keep chat, files, diary entries, reminders, and a timeline inside that Space. It is not a social network, directory, multi-member workspace, or consumer cloud drive for teams.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account, including devices you leave signed in. You may link Google when we offer it. You may delete your account; deletion waits 30 days so you can cancel. After that you cannot sign in. The occupying Space is archived so your person can pair again.
We may refuse or close an account that cannot be verified, that poses a security risk, or that breaks these terms. Memiax is for people who can legally agree to a contract. See Age & child safety.
Pairing and the Space
A Space has two active members. Invite keys are secret, single-use, and expire. Do not post a key in public. You may revoke an unused key. You may unpair; memories stay with the Space they were created in. You cannot be in two Spaces at once.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: do not try to add extra people to a Space, scrape the service, harass, impersonate, share illegal material, or probe the product except as the law allows.
We may suspend a Space, revoke access, or refuse an account when these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are broken.

Storage and points
Every Space starts with 1 GB free. When you need more room, either member may buy a storage pack with Space points from Storage. We do not take card payments and we do not sell monthly subscription plans. Uploads stop when you exceed quota until you free space or buy a pack; stored content remains.
Vault trash still counts toward quota until you empty it. Hide-for-you in chat does not free quota; delete-for-everyone does. A referral credits the inviting Space with points. Who joined and points earned are shown on Storage. Points buy storage packs only — they are not cash and cannot be refunded. See Couples storage.
Your content
You and your partner keep the rights you already have in what you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, encrypt, transmit, and display that content so the product can work for you. We do not sell your Space as a public feed.

Privacy and security
How we collect and store data is in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Security pages. Space content is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and sent over HTTPS.
Invite rewards
Invite rewards are optional. A successful invite credits the inviting Space with points for storage packs. Do not farm rewards with fake accounts. Caps and eligibility are set in the product.
Availability
We aim to keep Memiax running, including planned pauses for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change. We will not use a maintenance window as a way to quietly alter these terms; material changes to the terms themselves are described below.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties. Our liability is limited to the law’s minimum, except where the law forbids a limit (including for death, personal injury, or fraud).
Law and changes
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains. We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms, except where the law requires a different process. If you do not agree, stop using Memiax and delete the account.
