Minimum age
Memiax is a private Space for two people in a relationship. It is not directed at children. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country — in most places that is 18. Do not create an account for a child. Do not invite someone who cannot agree to the Terms.
Abuse and illegal content
Harassment, impersonation, and non-consensual intimate images are banned under the Acceptable Use Policy. Child sexual abuse material is never allowed. We may suspend the Space and report it.
How to report
Use Contact and choose Safety. Include enough of the account email that we can find the Space. Do not paste invite keys. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
