Why we built a Space, not a network
Memiax is a private home for two people. Not a network, not a family plan, not cloud storage for a company. You invite one person with a key. You keep a thread, a vault, a diary, and the dates that matter — inside a Space nobody else can search their way into.
We would rather be strict about membership than flexible about audience. That choice shows up everywhere: pairing, AES-256 encryption, a Guide you can read before you pair, free storage plus optional packs bought with Space points — never a seat license — and a landing site that does not pretend we are a social product.

Two is a feature
A third member would make Memiax a different product. We will not add guests to “grow.”
Invite is the only door
No people search. No public profile. A key you can revoke unused.
Protect the Space
Space content is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and sent over HTTPS. Read Security.
Meter storage, not intimacy
Included room, then optional packs with points. No tier that unlocks a better relationship.
What we will not ship
- A discovery surface so you can browse other couples or their Spaces.
- Family vaults, team workspaces, or “add a friend to this album.”
- A marketing claim that screenshots are impossible on a phone.
- Turning the private Space into a public feed. The site forum is a noticeboard — not the Space.
- Automatically destroying files when you hide them or empty vault trash. Operators keep rows and objects until they remove them by hand.

Memiax is made for couples. Keeping each Space for two partners makes it a private place for your shared conversations and memories.
How is the Space protected?
Space content is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and sent over HTTPS. We do not make your Space searchable to other people.
Is this a family vault or a team workspace?
No. Memiax is for couples. There is no guest seat, no family plan, and no company drive.
Can I delete my Memiax account?
Yes. Deletion waits a grace period so you can cancel. After that you cannot sign in. The occupying Space is archived so your person can pair again. You are responsible for devices you leave signed in.
