What we host
Couples upload photos, files, and words into a Space. The public forum hosts posts anyone can write. You keep the rights you already have in what you upload, as in the Terms.
Send a notice
If you believe material on Memiax infringes your copyright, write on Contact (topic “Something else”) or email noreply@memiax.com with:
- Your name, address, and a way to reach you.
- The work you own, and where it appears (forum URL, or enough of the account email that we can find the Space — not an invite key).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not allowed, and that the notice is accurate.
If the law in your country requires a designated copyright agent, use the same Contact path until that address is published here.
If we remove something
We may suspend or remove the file or post. If you are the uploader and you believe the notice was wrong, write to us with a counter-notice. Repeat abuse can close an account under the Acceptable Use Policy.
