Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do in a Memiax Space, on this site, or against the service. Last updated September 10, 2026.

Scope

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to the app, the marketing site, and the public forum.

Do not

  • Add extra people to a Space, share an invite key in public, or scrape pairing or storage limits.
  • Harass, impersonate, threaten, or share intimate images of someone who did not agree.
  • Upload or send illegal material, including child sexual abuse material. We will report it.
  • Use Memiax to run malware, phishing, or spam.
  • Probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as the law allows.
  • Pretend to be Memiax staff or resell access.

The public forum

The forum is not the Space. Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not paste invite keys, referral links, OTPs, emails, receipts, or anything you would not put on a postcard.

Enforcement

We may suspend a Space, remove forum posts, revoke access, or refuse an account. Report a problem on Contact with the topic Safety.

Can we add a third person “just this once”?

No. Two people on every Space. Trying to bypass pairing is a breach of this policy.

What happens if we break the rules?

We may suspend the Space, revoke access, or refuse the account. Illegal material may also be reported where the law requires it.
