Who this is for
Memiax is a private Space for two people. This policy explains what we collect so that pairing, chat, vault, diary, reminders, storage, and your account can work. It is not a social network. Other pairs cannot see your Space. Memiax is not for children; see Age & child safety.
The Space is the boundary
Chat, files, diary, reminders, and timeline moments stay inside the Space you share. Pairing is intentional: nobody joins by searching your name. They need a one-time key you chose to share.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, password (stored hashed) or Google sign-in, optional profile details (date of birth, pronouns, hometown), country, timezone, devices you have signed in on, and push switches for product alerts.
- Space content you choose to save: messages, files, diary, reminders, timeline firsts, and related metadata (who posted, when).
- Storage and points: quota usage, Space wallet points, invite rewards, and storage-pack history.
- Operational logs needed to run the service (for example, to send a verification code or stop abuse).
Contact-form notes you send from this site include the name, email, topic, and message you typed. Forum posts and comments are public by design.
How we protect it
Traffic to Memiax uses HTTPS. Space content is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We do not make your Space searchable to other people.

What we do not do
- We do not sell your Space as advertising inventory or a public feed.
- We do not let a third person into an active two-person Space.
- We do not promise that a device screenshot is impossible. Keep your devices private.
Cookies
This marketing site uses a session cookie so the contact form can work (including a CSRF token). After you accept cookies we load Google Analytics. The app uses cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in. The full list is on the Cookie Policy.
Who we share with
We use other companies to run email, object storage, sign-in, analytics, and push notifications. They only get what they need to do that job. The current list is on Subprocessors.
Retention
When you hide or delete content in the app, it leaves your Space in the product. Account deletion waits 30 days so you can cancel. After that you cannot sign in; the occupying Space is archived so your person can pair again. Unpair has its own grace. Points and storage packs stay with the Space until it is later archived.
Your choices
You can update profile details, drop a device, unpair, or delete the account from the app. Push switches on Profile cover product alerts only. Mail we send (sign-in codes, password, Space, account) always goes to your inbox. For a copy or a deletion request you cannot complete in the product, use Contact.
Children
Memiax is not directed at children. Do not create an account for someone who cannot legally agree to the Terms. Read Age & child safety.
