A Space is a private space for two partners. Chat, vault, shared diary, reminders, and timeline memories all belong to your couple. You can be in only one Space at a time.

No. A Space is for two active members. Nobody can search for you by name. To pair with someone else later, unpair first and wait until the grace period ends.

No. Home is a hub for your couple. There is no directory, public profile, or audience. The public forum is for product questions, not for browsing couples.

No. Memiax is built for couples. There is no guest, family seat, or company drive. Each Space is for two partners.

After you both have accounts, one of you creates a one-time invite key and shares it in person or on a call. The other pastes it. The key works once and expires after 24 hours. You can revoke an unused key.

Create a new key. Revoke the unused one if it is still sitting there. Do not post keys on the forum, in email subject lines, or anywhere public.

Verify your email first if you registered with email. Then you can pair with your partner.

Yes. Share the key on a call you already trust. The product is the same whether you live together or a flight apart.

One conversation for the two of you. Text, voice, photos, and files stay inside the Space. Reply, react, star, pin (up to three), and edit your text for about 15 minutes. Hide for you, or delete for everyone if you sent it. Search an old line when you need it. More on private chat for couples.

No. Nothing is indexed for a crowd. There is no group thread that grows.

No. You open albums and folders inside Memiax. Files do not need to be added to your camera roll, and you can download them when you choose. See the shared vault.

Folders, stars, and trash. Trash still uses quota until you empty it. Emptying trash hides files from both of you. Not a public album link.

Both partners can read published diary entries. Drafts stay private until the author publishes them. Hide a published page and it leaves both lists. Read about the couples diary.

Yes. Drafts are private to the person writing them. Published entries can include a mood, place, attachment, and version history.

Both partners can see and manage reminders. Notifications depend on each device and notification settings. Add anniversaries, trips, visas, or small tasks, then snooze or complete them. More on couples reminders.

No. Reminders stay in your private Space instead of being mixed into a calendar other people can access.

Home is today in this Space: presence, unread chat, upcoming dates, recent files, and timeline firsts. It is a private hub, not a public feed. More on Home for two.

Hide removes it from both of you in the app. Quota may drop so you can keep using the Space.

No. Delete for everyone frees the meter for that file. Hide-for-you does not.

Space content is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and sent over HTTPS. We do not make your Space searchable to other people. Read Security and the Privacy Policy.

No. There is no directory. They need a key you created, and that key dies after one use or 24 hours.

Revoke an unused key from pairing. If something feels unsafe, write on Contact and choose Safety. Do not paste keys on the forum.

Memiax blocks casual save, drag-out, and print where the browser allows it. A device screenshot cannot be fully stopped on the web. Keep the phone private.

Yes, as a home-screen app when the browser offers it. You can skip and keep using the tab. There is no separate store listing required.

Yes. Sign in on a computer or add Memiax to the home screen. The Space does not fork into two products. See signed-in places on Profile and remove one you do not recognise.

Every Space starts with 1 GB free. Extra room comes from storage packs bought with Space points — not a card payment. See Storage.

Uploads stop until you free space or buy a pack. Everything you already saved stays.

No. Two people on every Space. Storage is the only meter. No family pack, no seat license.

Invite rewards credit the inviting Space with points. The invite link, who joined, and points earned live on Storage. Points buy storage packs only. They cannot be cashed out or moved to another Space.

No. Trashed files still count until you empty trash. Emptying trash hides them from both of you.

Mail we send (sign-in codes, password, Space, account) always goes to your inbox. There is no email toggle. Product alerts (chat, reminders, devices, Space, referrals) follow push switches on Profile.

Yes. Changing password signs you out of every device. You will need to sign in again.

Unpair from Profile. Chat and memories stay with the Space they were created in. Deleting your account waits 30 days so you can cancel. After that you cannot sign in. The occupying Space is archived so your person can pair again.

You can register or sign in with Google when it is enabled. You can set a password later on Profile. Linking Google is optional.

No. One Space at a time. Pairing with someone else means you unpair first.

No. The forum is public. Anyone can write a post or comment without signing in. Your name is optional and is not shown publicly when you leave it blank. Follow the Community Guidelines.

No. The Space stays invite-only. The forum is a noticeboard for product talk. Do not share invite keys, referral links, OTPs, emails, or anything you would not put on a postcard.

Posts and comments are rate limited by connection so the board stays readable. If you need a private account or storage answer, use Contact instead.

Contact us with Account, Pairing, Storage & points, Home, Timeline & Help, or Safety. We read every note. The forum is for public product questions, not private account details.

Inside the product after you sign in — including before you pair. Pairing has a How Memiax works link. Esc returns to the screen you came from, not Profile.

That is a planned pause for members. This marketing site and the forum stay up, with a banner. We do not email everyone when the pause starts. Try again later, or when the screen says to.

No. If we cannot reach the app at all, the screen says we cannot reach Memiax. Landing and forum can still load.
